What’s inside
Each scoop contains the branched chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1. These amino acids are stored in skeletal muscle and contained in each serving of our finely milled instant BCAA powder from fermented corn.
Why It’s There
Research has found that branched chain amino acids increase muscle protein synthesis and decreases delayed onset muscle soreness when ingested alone and results in amplified benefits when combined with resistance training.
How to Use It
