Jacqueline Gradish

Jacqueline graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.  She is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Toronto Furies of the CWHL and was formerly an assistant with the Toronto Maple Leafs for 4 years.  She also runs off season training programs for pro hockey players (NHL to OHL level) and off season football training groups for NFL and CFL players.   Her job involves writing and coaching in season programming for teams, off season programming for athletes and post rehabilitative programming for any athletes struggling with injury.  Recovery, including nutrition, is high priority for her athletes.

Jacqueline is a Strongfirst Level 2 Kettlebell and Barbell Coach.   She has implemented these skills to all groups she has coached.  Jacqueline is also a mother of two and enjoys cooking with her family.
