Krissy Kontos

Krissy is a certified personal trainer and has been working in the field since she was 18 years old. She is currently studying Biology at Concordia University, with the goal of obtaining a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has been vegan for over two years and was vegetarian since the age of 13.

Her training style focuses around bodybuilding and powerlifting, lifting over double her weight in squats and deadlifts. Standing at 5’2”, she strives to disprove the stereotype that females/vegans cannot be strong or build a significant amount of muscle naturally.
