Jessica Vaszily

Jessica Vaszily is a philosophy student at Queen’s University in Ontario with the goal of attending law school after her undergraduate studies. After a series of injuries while playing provincial level soccer in Nova Scotia, the gym was the only place she could control her strengths and weaknesses without risking an injury that she otherwise wouldn’t be able to prevent on the field.

Building up the strength and mass in the muscle around her injuries was essential for everyday movement and to get back into contact sports. In the end she fell in love with fitness more than soccer and it became a passion. She placed top 5 in the Nova Scotia East Coast Classic bikini competition when she was 17 years old. Now, she trains for herself and to help others begin a healthy and strong lifestyle.
