Janelle is from Winnipeg, Manitoba and is currently going to school at the University of Manitoba working towards her bachelor in kinesiology.

She has been a competitive athlete for 15+ years and is now into the field of coaching. She loves helping others towards achieving their fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable way.
